- Job Description- To provide administrative support for finance team, data entry for data migration to new software system and assist in company invoice processing workflow
- Uploading of supplier invoices, data entry to current invoice processing system
- Ensure finance documents are in place and to liaise with respective departments for any clarification required
- Assist in ad-hoc projects in areas such as data collection, liaising and coordinating flow of information
- Provides copies of suppliers’ invoices for back charge to third parties, charterers or owners as per instructions
- Maintain a systematic filing system for documents.
- Arrange payment (TT/ cheques)

All other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.**Job Requirement**
