Job Title: Accounts Coordinator
Roles and Responsibilities- We are seeking an experienced professional to coordinate all aspects of accounts receivable.
- The ideal candidate will be proficient in MS Word and Excel, and have experience with ERP systems.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Preparing and posting receipts journal in ERP system
- Generating and sending debtors' monthly statements of account
- Monitoring accounts receivable movement and updating sales department on long overdue accounts
- Filing invoices and AR receipts
- Posting transactions to the GL module after entries have been reviewed
- Performing other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- At least ITE or accounting certificate and above
- Proficient in MS Word and Excel
