Salling Search is currently recruiting an experienced **CPP Chartering Manager **for an established international shipping company that is currently expanding its presence in Singapore.

For this role, it is a must that you have the following skills, traits or past experience.

**Responsibilities**
- Responsible for finding and contracting backhaul voyages for all time charter vessels in the Pacific basin.
- Work with Commercial Director, Chartering Manager, and Strategic Analyst in establishing forward year COA targets prior to renewing COA agreements.
- Develop KPIs and monitor COA partner performance.
- Establish strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure full support and assistance when required.
- Involved with the annual budgeting team.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably in maritime studies, business management, international trade, foreign trade, engineering or a related field.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
