Responsibility

Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.
Maintain ownership and provide timely updates to clients on the status of reported cases within
targeted Service Level.
Support scopes are both hardware and software issues.
Ensure all incidents and service requests are successfully and accurately identified, categorized,
prioritized, diagnosed and managed in the Service Desk IT Service Management Tool.
Escalate and refer unresolved issues to other team members, level 2, or external vendors when
appropriate.
Ensures proper documentation, notification, escalation, and tracking and follow up of all incidents.
Establishing and maintaining of a knowledge database for both, users and IT employees/specialists

Requirement

Higher Nitech or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science or relevant fields.
At least 2 years of experience in a service desk/helpdesk/technical support role.
Prior experience in supporting regional end-users will be highly regarded.
Excellent customer-oriented approach with strong ownership of issues resolution.
The ability to work well and calmly under pressure.
To work on 24-hr rotating 2/3 shifts including Public Holidays. Attractive remuneration will be
offered.
Knowledge in Windows OS, Active Directory Account Administration, MS Outlook, mobile devices
support.
