**Jr. Operations Site Reliability Engineer**
- 12 months contract, renewable

**The Opportunity**
- Administer, maintain and support AWS RDS related operational activities.
- Administer, maintain and support Dynatrace as a monitoring tool.
- Improve, execute, and effectively communicate significant analyses that identify meaningful trends and opportunities across the cloud environment (AWS).
- Participate in meetings with management, assessing and addressing issues to identify and implement improvements toward efficient operations
- Provide guidance, thought leadership, and mentorship to development teams to build cloud competencies
- Working on ways to automate and improve development and operation
- Create best-practice reports based on available data, analysis, and visualization to summarize various weekly, monthly, and periodic operational results for use by various key stakeholders
- Strong working experience on Windows and Linux Operating systems and good understanding of distribute modular systems to provide expert level support (Troubleshoot Incidents, post-mortem analysis)
- Oversee development releases to Production, ensuring stability and maintaining quality & efficiency in large scale cloud environments
- Ensuring that systems are safe and secure against cybersecurity threats

**Your Background**
- 1-3 years of experience in AWS cloud
- Experience in AWS cloud architectures and infrastructure management (Terraform / Cloud Formation)
- Understanding of IT Service Management and Operations for Cloud
- Experience working with Agile SCRUM teams
- Experience in a Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) with hands-on working knowledge in Jira, Confluence, Gitlab
- Employ exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to see and solve issues before they affect business productivity
- Only Singaporeans due to project sensitivity
