You will assist the Associate Lead (Digital Strategies) to oversee Cru Singapore’s social media channels and create content to help youths and young adults discover their life purpose in Christ.

**Responsibilities**:

- Create bible-themed content (graphics and videos).
- Ideate/Strategise social media campaigns
- Post on Instagram, YouTube and Tik Tok
- Use Ad Manager or other tools to schedule, manage and target audiences
- Monitor, optimise, analyse, and report to both internal and external stakeholders

As a Christian organisation, employees will be required to attend work meetings and Christian fellowship meetings, which start and end with religious activities such as prayers, words of worship and bible sharings. Non-Christian employees are not required to participate in the religious activities.

**Requirements**:

- At least 5 years of digital or social media marketing experience
- Strong command of written English
- Strong analytical skills
- High ability to multi-task and plan
- Excellent communication skills in collaborating with external stakeholders and co-workers
- Bible knowledge for video storyline development and execution
- Willing to work on weekends
- Able to work independently and as a team
- Confident and approachable

**Please note that this is a 2-year contract position.
