**職務内容**:
理学ボディが展開する「ルルト」ピラティススタジオを、シンガポールからアジア全域へ広めるためのウェブ広告運用とマーケティング活動をお任せします。

**主な業務内容**:
**ウェブ広告の運用と最適化**
- Meta広告 (Facebook, Instagram) や Google Ads の運用、モニタリング、パフォーマンス最適化
- 広告キャンペーンの進行管理と効果測定
- クリック率 (CTR) やコンバージョン率 (CVR) 向上のための分析と改善提案

**マーケティングキャンペーンの企画・実行**
- デジタルマーケティング戦略の立案と運用 (SEO、MEO 含む)
- ブランド認知向上を目的としたプロモーション活動
- 各地域の市場調査および競合分析

**コンテンツ制作・管理**
- 日本語および英語でのSNS投稿、ブログ記事、広告素材の作成と監修
- ウェブサイトの更新とコンテンツ最適化

**チームとの連携**
- 各国のチームおよび外部パートナーとの協力
- キャンペーンの進行管理と結果分析

**応募資格**:
**必須条件**:

- Meta広告 (Facebook, Instagram) および Google広告運用の実務経験 (2年以上)
- デジタルマーケティングまたは関連業務の実務経験
- 日本語と英語のビジネスレベルスキル (どちらも必須)
- シンガポール在住、または就労可能な方

As an International Marketing Specialist, you will lead the web advertising and marketing initiatives to promote the “Luluto” Pilates studio brand from Singapore to markets across Asia.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Web Advertising Management & Optimization**
- Manage and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram) and Google Ads.
- Monitor campaign performance and implement improvements.
- Analyze and propose strategies to improve click-through rates (CTR) and conversion rates (CVR).
- **Marketing Campaign Planning & Execution**
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies, including SEO and MEO.
- Conduct promotional activities to increase brand awareness.
- Research regional markets and analyze competitors.
- **Content Creation & Management**
- Create and oversee social media posts, blog articles, and advertising materials in Japanese and English.
- Update and optimize website content.
- **Team Collaboration**
- Coordinate with regional teams and external partners.
- Manage campaign progress and analyze results.

**Qualifications**:
**Required Skills & Experience**:

- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience managing Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram) and Google Ads.
- Proven experience in digital marketing or related fields.
- Business-level proficiency in both Japanese and English (mandatory).
- Residing in Singapore or eligible to work in Singapore.

**Preferred Skills & Experience**:

- Experience in the fitness or healthcare industry.
- Marketing experience in Southeast Asian markets.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable.

**Salary & Benefits**:

- Monthly Salary: SGD 3,000 - SGD 6,000 (commensurate with experience and skills).
