Responsible to check & print necessary pallet labels of incoming goods
- Receiving & checking of purchased goods.
- Checking on outgoing goods quantities before handing over to drivers.
- Assist delivery drivers with any discrepancies of wrong items.
- Ensure all returned items are properly recorded and checked.
- Check items are correct for Self-Collection Customers.
- To ensure all Thirty-Party Warehouses goods are transferred, checked, recorded and monitored closely in warehouse system.
- Coordinate, track, record & ensure stock storage and stock movement within all Warehouses using Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Perform Stock Taking and Stock Cycle Count.
- Control and record loading and unloading of goods for trucks & containers.
- Prepare all necessary documents for daily warehouse operations and ensure

e-filing of returned documents.
- Any other duties assigned by the Manager.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 year of working experience warehouse management.
- Responsible & committed during work activities.
- Ensure timely deliveries.
- Able to multi-task and work as a team.
- Must be able to work in normal temperature & Ante room (cold room) within 6C to 0C (to go inside Freezer -18C for stock check if needed) ‎
- Class 3 Singapore Driving License is required.
