Junior / Senior Thermal & Mechanical Engineer

Location: North
**Responsibilities**:
- Conceptualize and optimize thermal management solutions for high-power electronics products.
- Perform mechanical design of electronics chassis/cabinet, sever rack including 3D modeling and 2D drawing generation.
- Conduct flow, heat transfer, thermodynamics, structural analysis, and simulations with computational software.
- Collaborate with supplier for fabrication of mechanical and thermal parts such as heat sinks and cold plates.
- Integrate thermal management solutions such as cold plate, chassis/enclosure, liquid manifolds, sensor, and control into the system.
- Plan and run thermal and flow measurements to validate numerical simulations.
- Other duties (e.g., failure analysis, benchmarking, literature search, supply base development, customer engagement).
- Ability to learn and grow with our organization
**Requirements**:
- Diploma/degree in Thermal/Mechanical/Material/Energy Engineering or related.
- 2 years and above experience is preferable, but not a must.
- Experience and skill in test and verification is required.
- Experience in Solidworks (Standard) and associated finite element tools (Flow and Structure Simulations) or other CAD/CAE tools such as Flotherm is required.
