We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Development Operations Intern to join our team at GRVT. In this role, you will support our Business Development (BD) functions across both institutional and retail channels, contributing to strategic initiatives that drive user growth and revenue. You will gain exposure to the fast-paced world of crypto exchanges, work cross-functionally, and contribute meaningfully to the optimization of internal processes.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Campaign Planning & Execution**:
Support the brainstorming, planning, and execution of user acquisition campaigns and events, including research and performance analysis.
- **Institutional BD Support**:
Assist in the preparation and refinement of monthly institutional updates, pitch materials, and other strategic communications.
- **Retail Stakeholder Engagement**:
Coordinate and facilitate rewards distribution and payments to partners and users involved in retail campaigns and initiatives.
- **Process Optimization**:
Streamline BD workflows, improve data tracking and reporting systems, and enhance operational efficiency across BD activities.

**Qualifications**:

- Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently in a dynamic environment.
- Creative thinker with a problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
- Foundational understanding of crypto, blockchain technology, and exchange operations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace (e.g., Word/Docs, Excel/Sheets, PowerPoint/Slides).
- Available for a minimum internship period of 6 months.
