The Health Consultant required to have at least 1-2yr TCM experience, and sales experience.

Customer Reception and Consultation: Warmly welcome customers, actively communicate with them, understand their needs, and provide instrument checks, professional consultation, and advice.

Customer Health Consultation and Analysis: Based on customers' health testing reports from instruments such as body fat analyzers and four-diagnosis instruments, provide health consultation and analysis, explain the test results, analyze health conditions, and offer personalized health management advice and plans.

Sales of Health Management Packages: Recommend suitable health management package solutions and related products to customers based on their health conditions and needs, guide them to purchase, and initiate health management plans.

Customer Health Tracking and Services: Track customers' health conditions and the progress of their health management in a timely manner, provide ongoing health services and tracking support, and help customers achieve their health goals.

Medical Courseware Writing and Consultation Support: - During non-busy hours, based on company requirements and utilizing own medical background, write medical courseware, provide medical knowledge training support, and assist the New Media Department in writing related topics and operating health content. - Provide live courses when necessary.

Team Collaboration and Cooperation: Collaborate closely with other departments, such as the New Media Department, to jointly promote the market expansion and operation of health management services, and enhance the company's brand awareness and market competitiveness.

Maintenance of Store Order: Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of the sub-center store, ensuring a comfortable and tidy store environment, and enhancing customer experience.

Completion of other tasks assigned by superiors.
