**Senior Health Consultant, Mercer Marsh Benefits**

**What can you expect?**

The Mercer Singapore Health Consulting team empowers clients to make data-driven decisions regarding their employee health & benefits programs. We work closely with colleagues in the client relationship management, operations, and technology teams to deliver complex projects that help our clients enhance employee engagement, improve employee health awareness and outcomes, and achieve cost sustainability, among other objectives.

**We will count on you to**:

- Lead mid-sized client engagements for clients based in Singapore and across Southeast Asia by defining project objectives, managing project teams to deliver according to agreed scope and timelines, and acting as the client’s key point of contact. Projects typically include tasks such as benefits benchmarking, detailed claims analysis, feasibility assessment of proposed benefits plan design changes, cost-benefit analysis and optimization, and more;
- Be familiar with the employee benefits industry, including key industry players such as insurers, brokers, technology providers, third-party administrators, and wellness vendors;
- Participate in new business opportunities with sales channel partners;
- Be familiar with the products and tools developed by the Mercer Health business and guide analysts to use them effectively to complete project tasks where required;
- Collaborate closely with colleagues from Marsh McLennan businesses and other teams within Mercer to develop intellectual capital to be delivered in webinars, forums, written points-of-view, and larger products and publications;
- Guide and train analysts and peer review their work.

**What you need to have**:

- At least 8 years’ experience in identifying, designing, recommending and implementing efficient, innovative business solutions to clients' complex health care benefits challenges;
- Knowledge of the challenges, best practices, and technology tools used in employee benefits functions
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines and to work independently and on a team;
- Keen interest in and comfortable collating/analyzing large amounts of data;
- Obtain and maintain appropriate licenses as required by state regulations and Mercer policies.
