With a vision to redefine modern wellness experiences, we are expanding our presence across the region and are looking for a strategic and dynamic Business Development Director to lead our regional growth.
Position Overview:
As the Business Development Director for the South East Asia region, you will play a key leadership role in driving expansion, forming strategic partnerships, and exploring new market opportunities. You will work closely with senior leadership to shape growth strategies across multiple countries and ensure sustainable business development aligned with our brand values.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and execution of regional expansion strategies.
- Identify and evaluate new market opportunities across SEA (site selection, partnerships, M&A).
- Build relationships with key stakeholders including landlords, franchise partners, health product suppliers, and government agencies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, operations, legal) to ensure successful market entry and scalability.
- Analyze industry trends across sectors (healthcare, retail, tech, wellness, etc.) to innovate and diversify our offerings.
- Manage regional business development teams and oversee performance targets.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in business development, with at least 5 years in a regional leadership role.
- Proven track record in health, retail, or wellness industries; experience across multiple sectors is a strong plus (e.g., F&B, healthcare, lifestyle, tech).
- Deep understanding of the South East Asian market landscape and regulatory environment.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Multilingual capability and cultural agility are advantages.
