Job's Responsibilities:
- Actively identify and target potential new customers in order to grow the Fuchs business and achieve sales targets. Provide ongoing support as required to maintain the business once gained.
- Promote the sale of Lubricants through regular customer visits throughout the assigned industry/territory. Recommend new products wherever applicable.
- Maintain and expand customer base; build and maintain rapport with key customers; identify and develop new customer opportunities.
- Ensure sales, collections and gross margin targets are achieved.
- Maintain competitive information on price, sales volume and market share as well as competitive marketing activity etc. to enable successful negotiation with customers.
- Preparation of proposals for offers and conduct trials with customers.
- Develop Key Account Management plan and activities and take the ownership.
- Update and monitor price list and ensure pricing is strictly within the approved guidelines.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor degree with technical focus/background in chemical engineering, mechanical or industrial engineering is preferred.
- At least 3 years experiences in sales representative positions in key industry lubricants, chemical, machine tools, automotive) coupled with good sales and marketing expertise at a global company.
- Experienced representative with background in lubricants
- Project Management Skills.
- Presentation and negotiating abilities
- Good written and verbal communication in English
- Good skills in data processing (MS Office)
- Self-motivated (proactive / self-starting)
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills with strategic initiative
- Strong service, consulting and customer orientation
- Excellent team player with mature leadership
- Able to work under pressure and stretched targets
- Able to work independently.
