**Job Summary**

Project is designed to transform the manufacturing processes and product flow and develop a state-of-the-art gear manufacturing facility. The project will touch and impact a significant portion of the process and systems used in the facility.
- Responsible for driving the development and implementation of transformative logistics solutions, aimed at optimizing and modernizing our logistics process, enhancing operational efficiencies.

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Drive the end-end planning and execution of logistics transformation projects.
- Define and lead the strategic roadmap for logistics transformation, aligning with overall business objectives.
- Lead cross-functional project teams, ensuring effective collaboration between stakeholders including logistics, IT, warehouse, third-party vendors, and senior leadership.
- Oversee the selection, implementation, and optimization of automation tools and systems, such as warehouse management systems (WMS), robotics, real time asset tracking and autonomous transportation technologies.
- Ensure that systems are seamlessly integrated and operationalized across multiple sites.
- Monitor system performance and lead continuous improvement efforts to enhance automation capabilities.
- Drive and achieve key performances on safety, people, quality, delivery and costs.
- Review, develop and implement systems and procedures which comply with Global Trade requirements

Minimum Education required (specific field or equivalent):
Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics / Supply Chain / Transportations / Engineering /Business Management or related discipline

Minimum years of experience in role:
At least 5 years’ of relevant working experience.

Preferred Skills (if any):

- Proficient in SAP ERP and Microsoft Office (Powerpoint, Word, Excel).
- Preferably with a good understanding of supply chain / lean manufacturing concepts with hands-on experience.
- Analytical mind with problem-solving aptitude.
- Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively with all levels of personnel within the organization and with customers and suppliers.
- Excellent EQ (Emotional Quotient), people management and leadership skills.
- Able to handle VUCA (Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity and Ambiguity).

**General role in supporting CORE, EH&S, Ethics & Compliance and Quality initiatives.**

CORE:

- Support the Continuous Improvement programs and CORE Maturity activities within the Company.
- Minimum CORE Apprentice certification under CORE Training.

EH&S:

- Support and participate in the EH&S programs and activities within the company.
- Report all incidents (injuries, illnesses, near misses, spills etc.), hazardous conditions, and emergencies to his/her supervisor.
- Responsible for performing a risk assessment of work activities, taking corrective and preventive actions.
- Comply with EH&S regulations/policies/programs/rules and use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Participate in audits and inspections as and when required.
- Attend EH&S training programs and takes personal responsibility for safety.

- Understand and carry out work performance in compliance with the RTX Code of Ethics, its Supplements and governing policies and the International Trade Policies and Procedures.
