**Job Description**:
**Requirements**:
- Good degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- At least 8 years of relevant working experience in planning, design and project management of water, fire hydrant and gas supply distribution system for large scale infrastructure or commercial development.
- Processes good experience in planning, design and implementation of building M&E services including fire protection system, ACMV system, sanitary & plumbing system, lift, and etc.
- Experience in SCADA or Building Management Systems for monitoring and control of utilities and M&E systems will be an advantage.
- Good knowledge of the design codes and standards for M&E systems.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Self motivated, driven, with assertive and analytical skills.
- Able to work independently to deliver results.
- Good team player and able to handle fast paced projects.
- This position is a 3-year contract with the possibility of renewal.
