Project Manager

You will project manage and coordinate IT systems development for Changi East projects. You will be involved in planning, design, implementation, testing, commissioning and handover of the IT systems to operations. You will have to work closely with multiple internal and external stakeholders to ensure that all requirements are captured and implemented on time, within budget and within the scope of the highest quality.
**Requirements**:
- Degree in Computer Science, Computing, Computer Engineering, Information Systems or equivalent
- At least 5-10 years' experience, preferably with implementation experience in large-scale projects
- Manage and coordinate integration between multiple systems/ interfaces to ensure that projects meet user requirement and scope
- Manage and coordinate between multiple stakeholders to develop concept of operations and capture requirements
- Manage and monitoring of project progress, risks, changes and reporting
- Good knowledge of database, IT information systems, system architecture and enterprise service bus
- Good understanding of cybersecurity and compliance audit requirements
- Good team player and able to handle fast paced projects
- Able to communicate ideas, issues and solutions effectively in meetings and presentations
- Able to work independently to deliver results and have good project management and vendor management skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated, driven, assertive and analytical
- Deep passion for working with different types of technologies and drive innovation through exploring new technologies
- Project management certifications in PMP, CITPM or Prince2 will be an advantage
This position is a 3-year contract with the possibility of renewal.
