**Requirements**:

- Singaporean Only (due to legislative requirements)
- Minimum Local Polytechnic Diploma and above (due to legislative requirements)
- Existing or Ex-Bankers are welcomed to apply
- Minimum 2 year of experience in the Financial Services industry

Job duties:

- Lead and develop a team of Financial Advisors
- Provide professional and strategic financial advice for clients along with bespoke proposals in a consultancy role
- Develop, implement, and monitor goals/performances of Financial Advisors.
- Coach Financial Advisors to develop strategies to strengthen client relationships
- Consistent servicing and periodic reviewing of clients’ financial portfolio
- Willing to travel and meet clients to build strong personal relationships

Remuneration:

- Allowance of up to $6,000 per month* plus commissions and incentives
- Annual Conferences and Overseas Incentives Trips*
