**Your Role**:
**Engaging Programs**:Deliver exciting and educational after-school programs aligned with the Singaporean curriculum.

**Classroom Engagement**:Incorporate innovative tools and methods to maintain high levels of student engagement.

**Homework Support**:Assist students with their homework, fostering a love for learning and promoting academic success.

**Skill Development**:Equip students with effective study strategies to enhance their academic performance.

**Parental Communication**:Maintain open and effective communication with parents to track and support each child's progress through apps and biannual Parent-Teacher Conferences.

**Safe Environment**:Ensure a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment.

**Role Model**:Serve as a positive influence, inspiring creativity and personal growth in your students.

**Technological Integration**:Use technology such as SMARTBOARDs and online platforms to enhance teaching practices.

**What We Are Looking For**:
**Educational Background**:A Diploma from a Government Poly.

**Experience**:Minimum 1 year's experience in after-school care, enrichment centres, or preschools.

**Curriculum Knowledge**:Good understanding of the Singaporean primary school curriculum.

**Skills**:Excellent communication and classroom management skills.

**Attitude**:Energetic, positive, and passionate about working with children.
