**Your Role**:

- **Engaging Programs**:Deliver fun and educational after-school programs aligned with the Singaporean primary school curriculum.
- **Classroom Engagement**:Use innovative tools and methods to maintain a high level of student engagement.
- **Homework Support**:Assist students with homework and encourage a love for learning, promoting academic success.
- **Skill Development**:Teach effective study strategies to help students improve their academic performance.
- **Parental Communication**:Maintain open communication with parents through apps and biannual Parent-Teacher Conferences to track each child’s progress.
- **Safe Environment**:Ensure a nurturing and stimulating classroom that supports the well-being of every student.
- **Role Model**:Inspire creativity and personal growth in your students through positive influence.
- **Technological Integration**:Use tools like SMARTBOARDs and online platforms to enhance teaching practices.

**What We Are Looking For**:

- **Experience**:At least 1 year of experience in after-school care, enrichment centers, or preschools.
- **Curriculum Knowledge**:Good understanding of the Singaporean primary school curriculum.
- **Skills**:Strong communication and classroom management skills.
- **Attitude**:Energetic, positive, and passionate about working with children.
