We are currently recruiting Assistant Teachers for our MindSpace Centre located at Sembawang Shopping Centre. You will be given the opportunity to grow together with the business and be rewarded commensurately for your efforts.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist the Lead Teacher in implementing Mindchamps’ unique lesson plans and enrichment programmes in accordance with the policies, guidelines, framework and philosophy of the Centre
- Assist in guiding primary school students to ensure completion of their daily homework and other school assignments
- Assist in maintaining accurate and timely student records and update parents regularly on their child’s educational and developmental needs/progress
- Assist in the preparation of teaching resources and materials
- Assist in maintaining the overall appearance and learning environment of classrooms
- Maintain and build strong relationships with students and parents
- Serve as an inspiring role model with a creative spirit and a champion (positive) mindset
- Conduct daily health checks for students
- Ensure safe and timely transfer of students from their primary school to the Centre
- Ensure safety of students at all times within the premises
- Guide and manage students using positive discipline techniques
- Manage other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Centre Director

**Job Requirements**
- Experience in teaching or interacting with primary school students will be a strong advantage
- Exposure to MOE primary school syllabus in English, Math, Science or Chinese
- Good communication and classroom management skills
- Enthusiastic and energetic with a positive mindset to learn and grow together with the company
- Creative and nurturing with a good ability to connect well with children

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $1,800.00 - $2,200.00 per month
