At Singtel, we’re transforming how people connect with their favorite content. We’re seeking a Video Product Marketing Manager to take the reins of our video business operations, driving growth, innovation, and customer delight.

**Make an Impact by**
- Overseeing the growth, profitability and oversight of Video business operations.
- Planning for and executing campaigns to grow Gross Adds wherever possible and increase the ARPU of existing customer base.
- Develop campaigns to maximise Gross Adds from different sales channels.
- Work with the LMAA team to upsell more content whether Pay TV, OTT video or non-video products and services
- Look into and iron out customer care issues together with internal Singtel custcare, Network, Content, LMAA and Product Development teams
- Manage the linear TV and OTT video business in an integrated manner for coherent packaging, content engagement and lifecycle management.
- Achieve and grow TV Gross adds from various Singtel sales channels
- To improve TV upsell by supporting the LMAA team
- Launch new channels and packs as we acquire new video content
- To manage cessation of channels as may be from time to time
- To grow the take-up of OTT video content amongst the existing pay TV subscriber base.

**Skills for Success**
- Min Degree, bonus if specialising in Marketing or Finance
- Min 4-5 years of experience in marketing / business domain
- Comfortable with numbers
- Proficiency in Excel and Powerpoint
- Excellent negotiation skills in managing different interests and discussing new business deals
- Business case modelling
- Bonus if have experience in managing external vendors and conducting presentations to top management
