We are currently looking for

**Team Leader, Commercial Contracts APAC**

to join our Renewables Platform business unit in Singapore.

We have a global team of experts working in the Commercial Contracts team, responsible for contractual risks management and contract execution support for sales and supply. We also develop and maintain clear processes, templates, instructions and cooperation models for contracting and contract management.

Your part in Neste’s journey

You are leading a team which is responsible for Neste’s commercial contracts in the APAC region. Your team has three team members located in Singapore. You report to the Manager, Commercial Contracts who is located in Finland.

In your role, you will
- Lead team’s daily operative work by supporting prioritization, decision making and problem solving
- Organize team meetings
- Participate in team’s operative work
- Ensure team competences in contractual risk management and contract execution
- Develop processes and ways of working
- Create and maintain excellent cooperation with different internal and external stakeholders
- Support Manager in recruitments and organize onboarding of new team members

You will work closely with other Commercial Contract Team Leaders in different regions, global Sales and Supply teams and Regional Operations teams as well as several internal substance experts to ensure that our portfolio of sales and supply contracts are managed in accordance with corporate guidelines and in a way that supports Neste’s growing business needs. - Suitable education e.g. legal, commercial or economic studies or similar skills acquired through work
- Previous work experience in drafting and analysing commercial contracts or other similar official documentation in English, or experience in commercial operations
- Previous experience in leading people as a line manager or virtual / project teams
- Strong communication and collaboration skills in English, both verbal and written
