This role offers an opportunity to provide full support to the business development function within the Audit team. As a key member of the business development support team, your role is pivotal to client experience, to accelerating team success and to overseeing compliance with acceptance, risk management policies. You will also be responsible for: drafting proposals and fees for review, completing all acceptance procedures including AML and KYC, preparing the draft Letters of Engagement and critically, actively following up on our pipeline through every stage of the process until the Letter of Engagement is signed and the service team begins to deliver the services.

**Responsibilities**
- Generate monthly DHOA reports relating to opportunities, new/lost clients
- Updates of ERR and ARR rates in Excel with the portfolio holders, as requested by DHOA - follow up with the portfolio holders
- Provision of research data for b usiness development purposes
- Foster close interactions with the stakeholders, including portfolio holders (Assistant Managers and Managers), business support team members, finance team and Quality Control & Compliance team
- Managing proposal development resources and updating proposal materials for projects and events
- Regular check for updates of client information (fees, client information, status of client) to be updated on NetSuite
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Business Management, Marketing or related discipline
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
- Strong delivery management, enforcement of timely execution and on time delivery
- Highly organised with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks
- Strong work ethic, positive attitude and effective in fostering good working relationships
- Meticulous, structured and an independent individual
- Self-motivated and resourceful individual who is able to multitask and perform under pressure
- Excellent communication skills, including spoken and written English and ability to work across all levels
