**Main Responsibilities**

**Project Management Office**
- Create, produce and improve SGC’s reporting to other departments
- Follow-up and report the business cases of the different sourcing engagement
- Produce ad-hoc analysis for Global IT Management

**Sourcing control**
- Work closely with our offshore providers to follow-up our sourcing control plan
- Collect and analyse provider’s data to assess their compliance to CA-CIB norms and standards
- Control that outsourced structures respect the mandatory processes

**Other responsibilities**
- You will be contributing to the project assistance and the monitoring of offshore activities
- Participate in governance meetings to monitor the risks and assess the quality of the collaboration between onshore and offshore
- Define, promote and enforce operating guidelines and best practices

**Qualifications and Profile**
- Bachelor’s degree in Management from a top school or university
- Previous relevant experience in PMO and/or project management
- Analytical & result-oriented minded with problem solving ability
- Team player with good communication skills
- Autonomy, adaptability and willingness to learn
- Proficiency in MS Office, strong MS Excel (VBA/Automation experience would be a plus)
- Proficiency in Power BI is a plus
- IT world exposure would be a plus
- Knowledge of French is plus
