**Roles and Responsibilities**:
1. **Conduct Live Streams**:

- Host engaging and entertaining live streams on TikTok to attract and retain viewers.
- Engage with viewers during live streams through comments, questions, shoutouts, and interactive activities to build a strong community.
- Encourage audience participation through contests, challenges, polls, and interactive games to enhance the live streaming experience.
- Represent the brand or company positively and professionally during live streams, adhering to brand guidelines and values.
- Address technical trolls, or other challenges that may arise during live streams with professionalism and problem-solving skills.
- Foster a sense of loyalty and connection with the audience through authenticity, relatability, and genuine interaction.

2. **Content Creation**:

- Develop creative and original content ideas suitable for live streaming, keeping audience interests and preferences in mind.
- Reach out to TikTok creators, brands, or influencers to cross-promote live streams and reach a wider audience.
- Assist in coordinating and collaborating with internal teams or external partners for content creation, campaigns, and promotions across social media platforms.
- Assist in creating engaging and visually appealing content for various social media platforms, that may include but not limited to Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Schedule social media posts according to the content calendar.

**3. **Ad-hoc Duties**

**Schedule**:

- 40 hours work week
- Flexible working hours: 4 weekdays, 1 weekend (5-day work week).

**Qualifications**:

- Experience as a TikTok creator or live streamer.
- Strong understanding of social media platform dynamics and trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to improvise and adapt to dynamic live streaming environments.
- Demonstrated ability to engage and interact with a diverse audience.
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Creative thinking and ability to generate and successfully execute engaging content ideas.
- Passion for creating entertaining and memorable content.

**Requirement**:

- Comfortable with live-streaming content creation and presenting.
- Enjoys engaging with audiences and promoting products/services.
- Passionate, eloquent, motivated, and hardworking.
- Talent or hosting experience is a bonus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic understanding of social media platforms and audiences.
- Proficient in social media tools.
- Familiarity with graphic design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Creative thinker with fresh ideas for social media strategies.
- Eager to learn and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Enthusiastic about social media and digital marketing.

**Bonus**:

- Familiarity with video production equipment and live streaming tools.
- Knowledge of social media analytics tools and metrics.
- Have an understanding of technical setup of equipment, including cameras, lighting, and audio, to deliver high-quality live streams.
- Any talent or hosting experience is a bonus.
