**Event Description**:
AveLIVE is proud to be the Professional Conference Organiser supporting various medical conferences in the next few months, namely the 29thCongress of Asia-Pacific Blood and Marrow Transplantation Group (10-13thOctober 2024), SGH Colorectal Surgery 35th Anniversary Dinner (16thNovember 2024), Imagine AI (5-8th December 2024) and SingLIVE 2025 (16-18th January 2025). We are looking for dedicated and professional individuals to join our team as event support staff to ensure a memorable and enjoyable experience for event participants.

**Position**:Event support staff

**Responsibilities**:

- Ushering attendees to venue
- Answering attendee questions and providing directions
- Registering attendees and checking them in
- Managing crowds and ensuring the smooth flow of traffic
- Other duties as assigned

**Qualifications**:

- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent customer service skills
- A strong work ethic and the ability to work independently
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- A positive and friendly attitude

**Event Dates and Times**:

- 11 October, 2024: 7:15 AM to 7:00 PM (Academia, SGH Campus)
- 16 November 2024, 06:30PM - 09:30PM (voco Orchard Hotel)
- 6 December 2024: 08:00AM - 04:00PM (MBS Convention Centre)
- 15 January 2025, 04:00PM - 07:00PM (Raffles City Convention Centre)
- 16 January 2025, 07:00PM - 06:00PM (Raffles City Convention Centre)
- 17 January 2025, 07:00PM - 06:00PM (Raffles City Convention Centre)
- 18 January 2025, 07:00PM - 12:00PM (Raffles City Convention Centre)

**Compensation**:

- $12 per hour (prorated)

Breakfast and lunch (for full-day event days) provided. Compensation is nett, no transport / cab claim. Payment will be made within 1 week after the event via PayNow.
