**Position Summary
The SAP Basis role is to perform the duties and responsibilities of a SAP Basis Administrator responsible for the administration for NETS SAP systems. The Basis may perform project related initiatives as needed. This role also consists of additional responsibilities such as, ensuring appropriate SOPs/checklists are in-place and followed and leading strategic initiatives as requested by SAP management.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Performs daily monitoring and troubleshooting of the SAP system
- Installs and configures patches and upgrades as required
- Works with Infrastructure and Networking teams to provide support for both current and future SAP landscapes
- Good RHEL skills and technically fluent in HANA database
- Experience in successful project implementation and Application Support
- Must have excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to monitor and manage the progress of tasks
- Basic knowledge of business systems environment
- Comply with corporate policies, procedures and standards and help in executing any data requirements raised during audits
- Knowledge of Service Level Commitments
- Assume task assigned from VP MIS

**Requirements**:

- At least 5 years experience administrating SAP systems
- Knowledge of the relevant part(s) of the infrastructure and operating environment
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to multi-task, are essential
- Ability to monitor and manage the progress of tasks
- Basic knowledge of business systems environment
- Knowledge of Service Level Commitments
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Strong ability to facilitate discussions and negotiate mutually beneficial solutions when necessary
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
