Roles & Responsibilities

What you'll be doing

  • Performing regular monitoring, maintenance, and optimisation of the SAP system landscape
  • Administering and configuring SAP application servers, databases, and related components
  • Implementing and managing SAP system updates, patches, and upgrades
  • Troubleshooting and resolving SAP-related issues and incidents in a timely manner
  • Automating and streamlining SAP system processes to improve efficiency
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support SAP-enabled business processes
  • Documenting and maintaining detailed records of all SAP-related activities and configurations
  • Providing guidance and technical support to end-users as needed

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a SAP Basis Administrator or in a similar role
  • In-depth knowledge of SAP architecture, system administration, and maintenance
  • Strong understanding of SAP system performance tuning and troubleshooting
  • Proficiency in SAP system monitoring, backup, and recovery procedures
  • Hands-on experience with SAP configuration, customisation, and user management
  • Familiarity with SAP security concepts and best practices
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Relevant certifications in SAP Basis or related areas would be an asset
