- Are you able to drive and deliver projects timely and ensure solutions are practical and risk-balanced? Do you have a strong risk mindset? Do you want to work closely with senior management in driving the sector forward?
- In your new role you will:
- support market management in developing strategy for a high complexity business and key initiatives to achieve them
- support market management in various risk topics and operational processes, including capturing business requirements and collaboration with stakeholders to come up with practical and risk balanced solutions
- act as market’s representative and sounding board for various process forums or working groups and ensure clarity to sector on changes in processes, risk and regulatory topics; and support the channeling of feedback to the right functions
- work with various stakeholders both within your function and with supporting units

- You’ll be working in the Business & Risk Support team based in Singapore. We provide a huge variety of services to ensure that the market teams perform effectively whilst keeping alignment with our strategic priorities. You'll be working closely with BRS team and various senior key stakeholders

**Your expertise**
- ideally 3 years of experience working as a business manager / project manager / risk specialist or in a role which required the above expertise
- excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills
- quick to learn new things be it a new IT tool or different process
- always looking to remove barriers and make the way we work more efficient
- good with Microsoft office and data analysis
- team-oriented and able to work under pressure
- able to work with a multitude of stakeholders with varying seniorities independently
- well organized and able to manage a multitude of topics
- driven and passionate to make a positive change in the organization
