Command Centre Officer (Day/Night Shift)

We are looking for self-motivated, disciplined, and systematic individuals to join our growing team.

**Job Description**:

- Involve in daily operation of Command Centre operations and maintain occurrence report
- Coordinate and follow up the reporting of defects
- Conduct virtual patrol and prepare virtual patrol report. Manage and respond to security incidents according to SOP. Provide real-time update on investigation
- Deal with feedback, queries and suggestions received
- Provide guidance to security officer on site for project management
- Any other duties as assigned by Management

Job Requirements
- Must possess a Security License with PWM grade of SS or Above. SSO with a good understanding of security operations will be considered as well.
- Well-spoken & good command of English
- Good in Microsoft office such as word, excel and power point
- Knowledge of emergency response procedures and protocols
- Able to work 12 hours shift including weekends or Public Holiday (depend on roster)
- Able to work day shift or night shift
