Responsibilities:
- Handle day to day office admin matters, e.g filing, office maintenance and upkeep
- Data entry, generate, issue and file invoices
- Other administrative tasks as directed by manager
- Assist accounts colleagues with assigned tasks
Requirement:
- Minimum GCE N-LEVEL
- No experience is fine( will teach)
- Computer savvy and good to have working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Responsible and proactive, fast learner with ability to multi task
Work conditions
- 5.5 days with alternate Saturday( upon discussion)
- Location: Bukit Batok
- Salary will be depending on applicant’s qualifications and experience
