**Responsibilities**:
- Prepare the invoice to the customer
- Answer the billing questions from the customer
- Cross-check to ensure all transactions are being entered accurately into the system
- Maintain and manual update accounting records
**Requirements**:
- Bilingual and able to read English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates/customers
- Knowledge of Microsoft office, advance in Ms Excel skill/formula is an added advantage
**Job Types**: Permanent, Full-time
**Salary**: $2,000.00 - $2,800.00 per month
