We fast expanding and we would like to tap on the new world of Social Digital Marketing to reach out to our new patients.

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for creating the format and features of the website in order to maximize clarity and ease of navigation for customers. To liaise with external Web designers to develop and maintain the website/e-commerce platforms as needed
- Ensure functionality of all e-platforms on a daily basis by doing website checks
- Analyse past performance of promotions and campaigns to improve marketing effectiveness and ROI
- Engaging with our online community daily, including replying to comments, inquires and DMs in a timely manner and follow up to ensure patients turn up in the clinics.
- Managing and creating content for our social media calendar (identifying/creating visual assets, writing copy, scheduling and posting).
- Managing and creating paid social media ads on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google ads and other channels as needed.
- Monitoring emerging social media trends, topics, hashtags and new functions to improve and grow our brand’s social media presence.
- Reporting on a monthly basis and analyzing the performance of online posts and ads/campaigns, and continuously monitoring ongoing social media marketing efforts.
- Content production and develop social content calendars in line with marketing themes and objectives.
- Generate, edit and publish thrice-weekly social media posts, stories and other shareable content and moderate all user-generated content.
- Research and monitor competitor’s social activity and identify new, creative ways to reach our target audience/communities.
- Developing ideas for ways to grow our brand through online or offline activations, partnerships, sponsorship, etc.
- Manage and improve online content considering SEO and Google Analytics.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma in Marketing, Arts or a relevant field.
- Minimum 1 year of Marketing or in a creative role, with at least 1 year of social media content creation - agency experience is advantageous.
- Proven experience as Social Media Marketing Executive or similar role.
- Excellent understanding of content marketing concepts and best practices.
- Strong copywriting, design, creative writing skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional project management skills. Ability to prioritize, multitask, focus and work in a dynamic environment.
- Strong attention to detail, proactive, and takes ownership of work.
- Well groomed, energetic and interested in healthcare/wellness.
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite or photography is advantageous.
