Singapore NLB National Library Board Full time

Your role will be in the Digital Readiness team under Programmes and Services. The team leads public education programmes and initiatives to prepare Singaporeans for a future-ready life in a Smart Nation. The role will require you to develop new strategic initiatives to inspire learning in digital and tech topics, digital wellbeing, as well as digital empowerment opportunities for the public.

[What you will be working on]

Job Responsibilities
- Drive the conceptualization, development and actualization of new initiatives that inspire and motivate learning in areas of digital and technology.
- Participate in the refinement of NLB’s future strategies for Digital Readiness development.
- Oversee the lead generation of industry and community partners that can provide high value to NLB’s aims to promote and advocate public interest in technology.
- Manage partners, collaborators, and stakeholders to ensure alignment across projects with the vision of digital readiness.
- Conduct environment scans, trends forecast, data analytics and other research metrics to conceptualise and review strategies of outreach, growth and scaling.
- Craft activations that test hypotheses, assess and report on performance and insights, and make recommendations to improve business cases.
- Be custodian of NLB’s digital readiness brands, ensuring clarity and cohesiveness in its various forms and formats.

[What we are looking for]

Job Requirements
- At least four years of relevant experience in business development and partnership / lead development.
- At least three years in project management.
- Experience in Branding, Marketing, Data Analytics and Event Management will be valued.
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills in English.
- Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for technology.
- Experience in working with/in Singapore Government will be advantageous.

Successful applicant will be appointed on a two-year contract as this is a project headcount.
