Regional Rewards

We are looking for an ambitious and motivated individual for a **Regional Rewards & Merchandising Lead/Expert** position, with prior hands-on experience in building catalogues, dealing with suppliers, partners, and merchants. Prior experience in rewards and redemptions operations and fulfillment will be helpful.

To succeed in this role, she/he must be agile, structured, and quality conscious. Regional experience and knowledge will be a great asset.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Catalogue management
- Strengthen and enhance our rewards catalogues across markets
- Sourcing, developing, managing, and refreshing catalogs items and details
- Sourcing of physical, digital rewards, vouchers, and gift cards
- Negotiating price, terms, and service levels with suppliers/partners

Supplier management
- Strategically plan, research, and engage suppliers
- Connect, engage and manage a pool of suppliers across the region
- Manage supplier relationships - including contractual terms
- Strengthen regional supplier networks

Experience in
- rewards processing and fulfillment
- billing, reporting and administration
- catalogue/rewards technologies/systems
- team management and regional coordination

**Requirements**:

- Min 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role
- Strong in sourcing and managing merchandising, digital rewards, gift cards, and experiential rewards
- Skilled in Excel, PowerPoint, and accounting systems and processes
- Excellent communication, strong negotiation, and good leadership skills
- Independent, flexible, and resourceful

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: $4,000.00 - $8,000.00 per month
