This role is primarily responsible for procurement related activities including sourcing, planning and coordinating perishable and non-perishable purchases, monitoring performance and service level of vendors and suppliers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage purchasing cycle including quotations, pricings, prepare purchase order and update related documents into internal system
- Work closely with Operations and ensuring overall quality and quantity of stock management, cost and margin enhancement, stock rotation and turnover, regulations and compliances
- Strong negotiation skills and contract management delivery
- Co-ordinate food tasting sessions and participate in R&D workshops
- Handling import and export shipping documentation
- Daily and accurate input of invoices’ data into inventory system
- Reconciliation of book records against inventory records. Thereafter, preparation and compilation of the following reports: Purchasing, Sales and Month End Inventory
- Coordinating with operations/outlets on the daily required deliveries, and quality issue
- Monitor and expedite outstanding purchase order and co-ordinate payment activities
- Manage warehouse activities, including replenish stock, stock take and inventory records
- Compile and update Product Specifications, ISO, Halal, HACCP and others certificates for all food & non-food items
- Promptly respond to any issues or inquiries from outlets/suppliers after office hours and on non-working days
- Any other tasks/projects assigned by Purchasing Manager

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
- A team player and able to work independently with minimum supervision
- Work well with and manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously
- Demonstrates positive thinking and an open mind to adapt to new environment/culture/challenges
- Possess integrity and business ethics, strong communication and negotiation skills
- Demonstrated success in sourcing to drive purchasing efficiency
- **_This role will be required to liaise with supplier in Norway during 9.30pm-11.30pm SGT (estimated time duration), complete monthly closing reports every 1st-5th of the month, respond to outlet queries after working hours_
