**Job Description Summary**

**About the Role**:

- Assist with day-to-day operations of the Account organize and maintain physical and digital working systems
- Provide administrative support to the department
- Extract, compute and compile data
- Assist with claims, ensure prompt and accurate payment of all invoices for term contractor of the account
- Complete other tasks as directed by the immediate supervisor/ leaders of the company.

**About You**:

- Degree / Diploma in Facilities Management, Engineering field or equivalent
- Possess good communication skills in liaising with both internal and external stakeholders
