**Job Description Summary**
**About the Role**:
Workplace Safety & Health
- Review, verify and approve the PTWs
- Ensure the safety and health of the staffs, sub-contractors and workmen
- Perform duties as stipulated in Workplace Safety & Health (General Provision) & Workplace Safety & Health (Workplace Safety & Health Officers) Regulations as well as the Workplace Safety & Health Act
- Conduct regular safety and health committee meeting with the working team and lead a committee on incident management system with the safety professionals of the respective tenants/ occupant of the Property.
- Develop and plan the safety and health program for the Property, including training, tenant’s/ occupant’s briefings, SOPs and etc.
Responsible for correct and safe practices and to inculcate safety awareness for all levels of workmen on Property
- Develop a Safety Register and Risk Assessment file and ensure they are up kept and regularly updated.
- Prepare and submit to the Board a monthly safety report based on the Board’s requirements, and at the same time as the monthly progress report.
**About You**:
- Degree / Diploma in Engineering / Facilities Management or Construction Management
- Possess mínimally 3 years of HSEQ experience
- MOM registered WSH Officer Certificate & ISO 9001 Lead Auditor Certificate
