**About Us**:
**AgriG8 is on a mission to ensure that any farmer that practices climate resilient farming can be financed.**:
AgriG8 is a Agri-FinTech platform, making it attractive for lenders to invest in climate-resilient farming.

We do this through:

- A farmer engagement app that makes it easy for farmers to farm sustainably and log their actions.
- A lender platform that gives predictive forecasts for loan origination and credit assurance, built off aggregated data from the app and satellite data.
- Using our founder’s 14 years of experience in the rice fields of Southeast Asia, along with the knowledge of some of the best climate and agriculture scientists worldwide, to continuously refine and strengthen our predictive crop and credit scoring systems

**What's the opportunity?**:
As a Data Strategy & Communications Manager, you will be working directly with our CEO to strengthen AgriG8’s approach related to data security, privacy, and collaboration.

Specifically, the Data Strategy & Communications Manager will:

- Co-develop AgriG8’s internal policies and frameworks with our Senior Developer/Data Privacy Officer to strengthen responsible, fair, and secure data collection, management, and usage.
- Create transparent and digestible documentation of internal good practices for data sharing based on farmers’ needs and interests.
- Identify opportunities where support from organisations at the intersection of agriculture, finance, and technology could enhance AgriG8’s approach to support more effective and robust data privacy standards in agricultural data collection.
- Any other relevant duties assigned by the Company

**Who we are looking for?**:

- 3 or more years of experience in Fintech, Regtech, or Data Privacy roles. A legal background is a plus.
- Strong background in writing and illustration, with experience in both preparing and dissecting legal documents, and making them easy to understand.
- Strong demonstrated inclination towards clear and structured strategic thinking.
- Clear demonstration of a keen interest in the agriculture sector and Southeast Asia.
