Singapore Infineon Technologies Full time

The student, as part of the HR People and Organization Effectiveness team and under the guidance of an assigned mentor, will gain professional exposure involving Organizational Development and Transformation projects.

In your new role you will:

- Involve in **designing and constructing various Organizational Development, Change Management programs **for Infineon Asia Pacific
- **Partner with Stakeholders to administer and coordinate developmental activities **of the Organizational Effectiveness programs
- **Monitor the Outcomes of Organizational Effectiveness activities to generate reports through baseline data analytics**:

- **Support data analysis and reporting on Organization Development, Change Management, Employee engagement initiatives and outcomes**:

- **Coordinate and assist with organizing internal workshops and facilitation efforts**:

- **Assist in leading local / regional projects and assigned tasks **across HR POE Team

Internship learning outcomes:

- **Understand how Programmes & Activities of POE function relates to Business outcomes**:

- **Develop skills in Project Management **working with various stakeholders to co-ordinate events, workshops & activities
- **Enhance Interpersonal and communication skills, working with diversity across countries and cross-cultural teams**

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

- On track to attain **Masters or Bachelor in Business, with a m **ajor in Human Resources will be highly advantageous**:

- **Proficient in MS Office: PowerPoint, Excel, Word**:

- Effective interpersonal and communication skills
- Open mind to learn and experiment
- Available for minimum 4 months internship or longer duration
