This position is for an exciting new role on The Global Procurement and Supplier Management Team. We are looking for an experienced marketing procurement manager to join our Sourcing COE. This position will be responsible for sourcing of marketing materials, pricing negotiations, valuation/recommendation for award, managing regional procurement operations (catalogue management, onboarding, risk and DD, etc.).

The primary activities include but are not limited to the following:

- Work closely with the Category COE to gather business requirements from stakeholders to source a marketing good or service from a third-party vendor
- Work closely with the Contract COE to ensure that agreed upon terms and conditions are accurately reflected from proposal and award through contracting
- Work closely with the local/market procurement teams to ensure that their indirect procurement operations are seamlessly executed through a BPO provider
- Manage the daily operations of the BPO procurement operations provider. Ensure they are within SLA and report out on performance.
- Interface with Coupa Sourcing Optimization (CSO) and COUPA Sourcing Basic.
- Create a sourcing pipeline of future events to enable forecasting
- Lead cross functional teams through the sourcing process including individuals outside of the procurement organization
- Drive governance and consistency in sourcing to ensure a standardized approach
- Collaborate a constantly refine sourcing templates for RFI, RFQ, and RFP
- Negotiate pricing for quotes in context of the purchase and the larger partnership with the third-party vendor
- Use market intelligence to understand industry benchmarks, best practices, market dynamics, etc.
- Collaborate on evaluation criteria and lead a core team through the scoring process
- Submit and validate third party due diligence requests as inputs to infer awards through the sourcing process
- Align with local and global finance representatives to ensure consistency in reported spend v savings and actuals with third party vendors
- Use a savings management system as a system of record
- Ensure sourcing process is fair, ethical, and provides equal opportunity to all participants
- Lead meetings and set project timelines, help outline deliverables, create new impactful programs, deliver content as needed
- Manage sourcing strategies that evolve according to industry trends
- Create standard and ad hoc reports using out of the box Coupa reporting as needed
- Measure and own vendor onboarding SLAs.

**Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree (Master’s degree preferred) in business administration, supply chain, procurement, or an equivalent degree in a relevant field.

**Required**:

- 3+ years demonstrated experience sourcing marketing and commercial services
- 3+ years leading pricing negotiations
- Experience in managing procurement operations e.g., catalogue management, catalogue administration, third party risk and due diligence execution, vendor onboarding, oversight of source to procure issues
- Experience managing complex RFx and understanding which sourcing strategy to use in what scenario given the business requirements
- Must be an excellent communicator to work with both third-party vendors and internal cross functional Organon stakeholders
- 3+ years technical experience using an electronic sourcing management tool like Coupa
- Analytical minded with an ability to analyze complex information and data sets
- Highly capable project management to understand interdependencies between sourcing events, meet timelines, handle multiple RFx at the same time, and measure operations performance
- A bias for action and decision making with an ability to influence without authority
- Strong technical writing skills to be able to translate stakeholder business needs into a comprehensive list of requirements
- General business acumen with an understanding of tracking savings
- High levels of accountability and ownership to see an RFx through
