As part of Events, Engagement and Content team at KPMG in Singapore, you will join the marketing and communications department to build and advance the KPMG brand and business by developing, implementing and executing the firm's internal and external events and activities.

**Responsibilities**
- Work with the Marketing & Communications team to organise and execute client facing events that will contribute to leads and increased targets for the business. This includes events planning, agency management, risk compliance management, onsite event management, and post event review
- Conduct market research, gather information, and research vendors
- Be the internal and external liaison and keeps events project in-charge updated on progress
- Prepare contracts, process purchase orders, payment invoices, and updates events and marketing budgets
- Assist and support the Events team in day-to-day tasks

**Requirements**:

- A diploma qualification
- Strong initiative, multi-tasking, and excellent follow-through skills
- Detail-oriented with a creative flair to execute memorable initiatives
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to collaborate with multiple stakeholders
