**Key Responsibilities**
- Troubleshoot various hotel guestroom appliances such as safes, minibars, kettles, hairdryers, irons, and clocks.
- Manage the entire spare parts inventory and improve inventory control processes.
- Handle technical issues for local and overseas hotel customers and generate investigation reports.
- Collaborate closely with certification and sales colleagues to address challenges.
- Participate in testing, evaluating, and implementing new products.
- Visits to overseas customers/distributors to provide technical support.
