**About the job**:
The YouTube Partnership Enablement team is focused on providing comprehensive services and solutions to YouTube content partners and our internal Content Partnerships team. Our multifaceted team members work together with various cross-functional stakeholders throughout YouTube to address our partners’ most pressing needs on YouTube. We develop cross-functional programs and go-to-market resources for products, policies, and content strategies that are strategically important for YouTube’s partner ecosystem.
The Asia Pacific (APAC) Partnership Enablement team is composed of three critical teams: Partnerships Go-To-Market, Creators and Music Solutions, and Media Solutions. As a Program Manager on the Media Solutions team, you will provide strategic, analytical, operational, and program management support to our Content Partnerships organization. You will work with a cross-functional set of stakeholders across YouTube and Google in an effort to make our Media Content Partnerships team more effective and efficient.

**Responsibilities**:
- Develop strategies for the region, setting objective key results (OKRs), briefing leads, managing cross-functional meetings, ensuring deliverables are met, maintaining work stream trackers, internal and external communications, and optimizing internal processes.
- Develop regional programs in support of key global priorities for Family and Learning; determine partner selection methodologies, country prioritization, budget framework, success metrics, and strategic program rationale.
- Drive operational efficiency, lead complex cross-functional projects, obtain cross-functional and regional support, and present cohesive programs to executive leadership for approvals.
- Analyze performance and impact of programs and products using data and analytics, gather input and analyze data on product usage and integrate feedback into product development roadmap, and present results to executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Influence policies impacting partners and creators with internal teams and help land them with wider community.
