**Responsibilities**:
Financial
- Processing of trade finance transactions.

Customer
- Deliver a high quality of service to enhance the Bank's reputation and meet customer's expectations.
- Work in partnership with Relationship Managers, trade product & sales office and as the first point of contact on transaction enquiries and escalate to the seniors where required.
- Work in partnership with external customers to be the first point of contact on transaction enquiries and escalate to the seniors where required and promote excellent customer service.
- Work in partnership with other internal counterparts to share information / feedback in order to resolve issues

People
- Work cohesively as a team member.

Other/Control
- Ensure the execution of all daily tasks in adherence to Bank/Head Office/Compliance policies and departmental procedures through accurate and timely input.
- Escalate any unresolved enquiries/issues to the seniors in the team.
- Carry out standard checks, including sanction and red flag checks on all transactions prior to execution to ensure they meet the required standards.
- Support new members of the team by providing guidance and support on the daily processes and procedures to meet the service level agreement to customers.
- Provide recommendations for continuous improvement and support implementation.
- Maintain good working knowledge of industry trends, products, relevant laws and regulations.

**Job Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience Trade Finance Operations.
- Good understanding of Trade Finance products and its applicable ICC rules in relation to UCP 600. ISBP, Incoterms and anti-money laundering guidelines.
- Strong IT skills (MS Office Applications).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to deal effectively with both internal & external customers/
- Perform any ad-hoc duties or reports as assigned by manager.
