Architectural Coordinator

**Architectural Draftsperson**

Seeking experienced Architectural Draftsperson to provide drafting and technical support to the project team.
- Work with Project Lead to provide best and accurate solutions
- Ensures drawing production is on schedule
- Providing specifications and detailed drawings on architectural works
- Coordinate with external team members to resolve related problems and issues
- Ensure compliance to local standards and codes
- Involved in manual and CAD drafting and design in line with our work in the preparation of schematic design, design development, submission documentation, tender documentation and also assist in contract administration
- Maintain CAD standards in the drawings

**Requirements**:

- AutoCAD, Revit, Microsoft Office
- Familiar with submission process to FSSD, URA, BCA, etc
- Able to work both independently and with a team
- Minimum 3-5 years’ related experience

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: $3,200.00 - $4,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- Local Polytechnic Diploma (preferred)

Work Location: In person
