We are seeking an experienced and reliable **Warehouse Supervisor**to join our team as a full-time employee. In this role, you will be responsible for the daily operations of our warehouse facility located in the **Jalan Besut (Jurong)**area.

Your primary focus will be to ensure the **efficient, safe, and organized management of warehouse operations**, supporting the needs of our **Parts Department**. This includes managing inventory control, goods receipt, distribution, and improving the process.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the receipt, storage, and distribution of goods, ensuring effective inventory management and stock control.
- Ensure all parts are properly labeled and their storage locations are accurately recorded in the system.
- Develop and implement operational procedures to enhance warehouse productivity and efficiency.
- Monitor and identify areas for continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while maintaining a clean, safe, and organized working environment.
- Ensure Goods Received are promptly entered into the system upon arrival to maintain real-time inventory accuracy.
- Assist in periodic warehouse audits to ensure stock accuracy and procedural compliance.
- Support the implementation of new technologies and stystems to improve warehouse operations (e.g., barcode scanners for part check-in/check-out).

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics supervisory role.
- Strong organisational and leadership skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficient in inventory management and stock control processes.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems and technology.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive and adaptable approach to work.
