REPORTING TO Assistant Director, Shareholding Reporting

ROLE

Responsible for shareholding monitoring and reporting on behalf of group.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Overview Solution

Focused proactive individual who is comfortable working with large data sets and automating workflows. Responsible for performing, reviewing, documenting, and enhancing the monitoring and reporting processes relating to Disclosure of Interests, Sensitive Industries, Foreign Ownership and Takeover requirements. Explore and implement ways to automate processes and streamline workflows, to support growth, create capacity and synergies.

Managing data requirements and feeds

Analyze data requirements to ensure requisite data feeds are sourced and mapped accurately. Work closely with Compliance, Data, Operations, and IT, to draft Business Requirements, perform testing and implement changes that are fit for purpose.

Operational processing, monitoring, and troubleshooting

Perform reconciliations, investigate exceptions, and resolve issues. Prepare and review alerts for regulatory reporting. Identify and mitigate potential risk. Ensure appropriate disaster recovery and business continuity plans are kept up to date to support the monitoring and reporting requirements. Prepare or update required reporting documents such as risk register, attestation, policies, and presentation materials.

Reporting

Prepare accurate and timely regulatory reporting in prescribed formats.

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

Experience in MS Power Platform, automation software and / or programming languages Working knowledge in data management platforms and processes and market data providers Strong communication and interpersonal skills Understanding of the financial markets Detailed oriented with keen sense of risk mitigation Excellent command of English, both spoken and written Understanding of financial markets Command of another Asian or European language preferred Experience in regulatory or compliance roles preferred
