**About the Role**:
We are looking for a reliable and hands-on Admin & Operations Assistant to support the daily tasks of our growing student care centre. You’ll handle administrative duties, payments and logistics, and gradually assist in preparing our digital systems for automation.

**Your Key Tasks**
- Process payments and reimbursements for teachers and staff
- Track outstanding fees, generate and issue receipts
- Prepare attendance lists and check weekly enrolments
- Coordinate outing logistics (e.g. booking tickets, confirming headcount)
- Handle basic communications with parents (follow-up on payments, reminders)
- Help our team with simple design updates (e.g. Canva newsletters or flyers)
- Support with salary or food expense entries, as directedLearn to use Microsoft Teams and other simple tools (training provided)

**What You Bring**
- Organized, reliable and responsive
- Comfortable using WhatsApp, Excel/Google Sheets and Canva
- Willingness to learn and improve processes
- English-speaking, other languages (Mandarin/Malay) a plus
- Experience in education/admin/operations is a bonus — but not required
